    What is the Bee Vault and how does it work?
    A

    With Bee, you get both a primary account for day-to-day transactions and an account for saving—the Bee Vault. Move money into your Bee Vault if you want to hang onto it, and move it back out when it’s time to spend it. You can make unlimited instant transfers between your primary account and your Bee Vault for free.

    Money in your Bee Vault is separate from your primary account and cannot be spent until it is transferred back out. The Vault has a maximum balance of $5,000, and is not charged fees. Money does not earn interest in either your Bee Vault or primary account.

    You can access your Vault in the Bee app by clicking on “Available now” from the Bee app home screen and then selecting “Bee Vault.”

    How do I move money into and out of my Bee Vault?
    A

    You can move funds between your Bee Vault and primary card account at any time via the Bee app. Don’t worry, there is no limit on how many times you can move money between your primary card account and your vault, and no fees either!

    To transfer money, click the arrow to the right of your balance on the Bee app home screen (next to “Available now”), then the arrow to the right of “Bee Vault”. From here you can choose whether you would like to add or withdraw money from your Bee Vault.

    Does it cost anything to use my Bee Vault?
    A

    No, your Bee Vault is completely free! There are no fees for using it, and you can make unlimited free transfers between your primary Bee account and your Bee Vault.

    How can I check my Bee Vault balance?
    A

    You can check your Bee Vault balance by clicking on the “Available now” button on the Bee app home screen. If you’re having issues finding it on the app, you can also call customer service at (866) 218-6688 for your balance. However, customer service will not be able to transfer funds to/from your Bee Vault—this must be done through the Bee app.
