    How do I update my Bee account information (address, phone number, email address, etc.)?
    A

    You can update your information on your account by calling customer service at (866) 218-6688.

    For certain changes, you may be required to verify additional account information and/or fax documents into Bee for processing.

    How do I activate my Bee card?
    A

    If you have received a new or replacement Bee card, you’ll need to activate it by calling (866) 331-8753.

    Unfortunately, new cards cannot be activated in the Bee mobile app. If you need further assistance activating your card you can call customer service at (866) 218-6688.

    How do I change the PIN for my Bee card?
    A

    There are two ways to set a new PIN for your card:

    1. Request a new PIN be sent to you by text message from the Bee app; in the Bee app, go to “Settings” then press “Request a new PIN” and you’ll receive an SMS text message with a new PIN.
    2. Call customer service at (866) 218-6688 and either set a new PIN through the automated system or by speaking with a customer service representative.

    Why is my new PIN not working?
    A

    If you set a new PIN and it still isn’t working, please call customer service at (866) 218-6688 for assistance. For your protection, if the wrong PIN is used three or more times, any future PIN transactions are temporarily blocked, even though you have reset the PIN. Whatever the issue is, customer service will be able to help!

    I got a new phone—how do I access my Bee account?
    A

    If you get a new phone, you’ll need to download the Bee app and verify your account. Follow these steps and you’ll have the Bee app up and running on your new device in no time!

    1. Download the Bee app by clicking on the link below or by searching for “Bee Account” on Google Play or the App Store.

      Download on the Google Play StoreDownload on the Apple App Store.
    2. Open the Bee app, select “I already have a Bee Account”, “Add user”, and then follow the instructions to verify your device. You’ll need:
      1. Your Social Security Number,Individual Taxpayer Identification Number, or your primary Government ID number (whichever number you used to enroll in Bee)
      2. Your date of birth
      3. The 12-digit ‘App Security Number’ printed on the bottom of the back of your Bee card; if you don’t have your card, you can opt to receive a text message with a secret code instead, or you can call customer service to request a new card.
    3. Enter your passcode to login, which will be the same passcode you used previously.

    Why is my Bee app is asking me to re-verify my device?
    A

    Don’t worry—nothing is wrong with your account! In order to help protect you and your money, you may be asked to re-verify your device every once in a while. To re-verify your device, you’ll need to enter:

    1. Your Social Security Number, Individual Taxpayer Identification Number, or your primary Government ID number (whichever number you used to enroll in Bee)
    2. Your date of birth
    3. The 12-digit ‘App Security Number’ printed on the bottom of the back of your Bee card; if you don’t have your card, you can opt to receive a text message with a secret code instead, or you can call customer service to request a new card.

    My app passcode isn’t working—what should I do?
    A

    If your passcode to log into the Bee app isn’t working or you forgot your passcode, resetting it is easy! Start by clicking “Forgot your app passcode?” and following the instructions. You will be asked to re-verify your device before resetting your passcode, which requires the following information:

    1. Your Social Security Number, Individual Taxpayer Identification Number, or your primary Government ID number (whichever number you used to enroll in Bee)
    2. Your date of birth
    3. The 12-digit ‘App Security Number’ printed on the bottom of the back of your Bee card; if you don’t have your card, you can opt to receive a text message with a secret code instead, or you can call customer service to request a new card.

    How do I deposit money to my Bee account?
    A

    There are several easy ways to deposit money into your Bee account:

    Direct deposit. With direct deposit your money goes straight from your employer or government benefits provider into your Bee account. No matter how you get paid today, setting up direct deposit with Bee is easy—simply provide your Bee account and routing number to your employer or benefits provider. This information can be found in your Bee app by clicking on “Direct Deposit” from the home screen.

    Mobile check deposit. Deposit your checks on your Bee app and get your funds as soon as the check is approved (up to 30 minutes) for only a 1% fee or, if you can wait five business days, it’s free! You can always see the status of your check on your Bee app, too. Deposit checks by pressing “Deposit Checks” from the app home screen.

    Cash load. Don’t risk losing your cash—add it to your Bee account. With 70,000+ reload locations through Green Dot ReLoad @ the Register, there’s always one nearby. Not sure where to go? Quickly find a nearby location on your Bee app by pressing “Deposit Locations” from the home screen.

    Bank transfers. Transferring money to Bee is easy, especially with all the necessary account information right in the Bee app (under “Direct Deposit”). Initiate a transfer from the other account and receive your funds in just a few days.

    How do I sign up for direct deposit into my Bee account?

    Setting up direct deposit with Bee is easy—simply provide your Bee account and routing number to your employer or benefits provider. This information can be found under the “Direct Deposit” icon in the Bee App.

    You can also use the direct deposit form you’ll receive with your personalized Bee card. If you signed up in person, the form in your Welcome Pack can also be used!

    How do I deposit my tax refund into my Bee account?
    A

    Getting your tax refund direct deposited into your Bee account is faster, simpler, and more secure than a paper check! All you need is your Bee account and routing numbers, which can be found under “Direct Deposit” in the Bee app. Simply give these numbers to your tax preparer or if you’re using a tax preparation program, enter your Bee account and Routing numbers directly.
